Completed

Over two days of conferences and two public evening events, we wanted to ask ourselves and you:
What do we write? How do we write? Why do we write, and for whom? Is it possible to communicate across linguistic and cultural boundaries through literary texts, and if so, how? What questions do we really ask one another? What role does the language in which we write and live play?
Over two days in October 2012, the authors Dana Ranga, Artur Becker, Jan Faktor, Daniela Seel, María Cecilia Barbetta, Konstantin Ames, Claudia Basrawi, Yulia Marfutova and Martin Lechner met at the Lettrétage for internal discussions (during the day) and public panel discussions (in the evening) and shared their experiences in an intercultural exchange with colleagues and the audience.
