Bridges magazine – launch of the 2nd issue

Join us for the launch of the second issue of the magazine “Bridges גשריםBrücken الجسور”. The magazine focuses on the situation in the West Bank and is dedicated to the Palestinian communities in the West Bank and their Israeli partners, Engaged Dharma.
After the Gaza War, Palestinian workers were almost completely banned from working within Israel. This has led to an unprecedented deterioration of the economic situation in the West Bank. In addition, attacks by settlers have become more violent and frequent, and are supported by the military.
In response, local communities in the villages have set up support structures to help those who are particularly affected by the situation. All profits will be transferred directly to these local support groups in Walaja and Deir Istia.
During the event, we would like to draw attention to the situation in the West Bank and will discuss it with a local activist. The event will be accompanied by live music.
